The community operations are governed by an elected 7 member Board of Directors. All of our buildings, grounds and facilities are owned in common by our resident-owners and maintained by the Association. Together, they maintain the governing documents, as well as the rules and regulations of the Resort, through monthly Board of Directors meetings open to the membership of the community.
Carriage Manor Resort is professionally managed by on-site administrative personnel that are long term employees experienced in association management. The General Manager maintains a CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation through the Community Association Institute (CAI). The Association also maintains an annual membership in CAI.
Our amenities are exceptional with a wide variety of daily activities, active clubs and organizations, as well as planned special events by our on-site Activity Director, throughout the Resort.
Carriage Manor Realty is owned and managed by the association and on-site for easy assistance with real estate needs. Since Carriage Manor Realty is owned by the Carriage Manor Resort Association, salescommissions earned by our realty office benefit the entire Association.
