All applications are prioritized according
to the following 4 factors:
1 - LENGTH OF TIME - longer rental requests get priority
(ex: 4/5+ months gets priority over 3/2/1 months)
2 - ARRIVAL TIME - requests that begin sooner get priority
(ex: arriving in October gets priority over January arrival)
3 - TIME IN LINE - applications received earlier get priority
(ex: application received in March gets priority over application received in November)
4 - LOYALTY RENTERS - applicants who have rented with Carriage Manor Realty before get priority
(if the all other factors are the same)

FAQ #1: What properties will you have available next season?
Do you have a list?
No. The properties we rent out change from season to season since all of the properties in Carriage Manor Resort are privately owned. We begin in May/June by contacting and getting our contracts with the owners squared away by around August. Once we have a good sized rental pool to start with, then we can begin making reservations with rental applicants.
FAQ #2: I only want to rent for 1/2/3/4+ months.
Can you guarantee I will get a place?
We prioritize reservation requests based on length of stay. The longer the stay request, the higher the priority your application is given. Arrival time is also another important factor as the sooner you arrive (i.e. if your stay is for 3 months but you’re arriving in November vs. January), the higher priority your application will be given.
There is a lot of availability in Oct-Dec. and April so if you are able to start your stay in those months, you will have a good chance of landing a reservation. Peak season is January through March and the majority of applications we receive are for 1-3 months.
FAQ #3: Are pets allowed?
RV lot rentals will always allow pets. Renters are limited to 2 pets and pets must be current on vaccinations. For park models though, there are a very limited number of pet units available and what types of properties will vary from one season to the next. Units that allow pets are either an extra cost per month and/or will require a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $300.
FAQ #4: How much to rentals go for? What do they include? Are there any 2 bed/2 bath park models?

Park Models: Oct.-Nov. & Apr. - $1350-$2100/month
Jan.-Mar. - $1550-$2300/month
Includes: All utilities except telecommunications (telephone, internet)
TV service – antenna is standard. Satellite at some locations.
Features: All park models start at 1 bedroom, 1 bath.
1.5/1.75/2 baths optional (depending on availability)
Arizona Room and/or deck optional (depending on availability)
RV Lots: Oct.-Nov. & Apr. - $450-$750/month
Jan.-Mar. - $500-$900/month
Includes: Water, sewage, trash utilities.
*Electricity and telecommunications are not included in RV lot rental rates*
