The mission of Carriage Manor Active 55+ Resort Mesa, owned and governed by its property owners, is to provide a safe, secure and healthy home for all residents staying at the Resort for the winter or the entire year. Our goal is to help residents stay active and involved by providing diverse leisure time activities, recreational opportunities, entertainment choices and clubs to fit their needs. Volunteerism is strongly encouraged at Carriage Manor Resort, allowing people to use their lifelong skills and abilities to help make things happen in their resort.
It is the vision of Carriage Manor Resort to be the leading 55+ Active Resort in the East Valley, a Resort that prides itself on the most open and transparent government and management possible, a Resort that is proactive and innovative and consistently upgrades its facilities and plans for the future.
Carriage Manor Resort is a 55+ homeowner’s community built for active adults. Input from residents, focus groups, and the Board of Directors led to the creation of a strategic plan to help guide decisions with care and fiscal responsibility.
The goals reflect what matters most to our community, based on surveys and conversations held in 2022 and 2023. These priorities will guide the association from 2024 through 2027.
Over the next several years, the association will focus on three key areas: Community Engagement, Infrastructure and Beautification, and Financial Stability. These goals represent the shared vision of our members and will help shape the future of Carriage Manor Resort.
