Carriage Manor Resort offers a wide variety of active sports to keep you moving and having fun. Our two largest clubs are pickleball and tennis, but you’ll also find water bocce, volleyball, golf, table tennis, fitness, hiking, and much more. Carriage Manor Active 55+ Resort Mesa is proud to offer some of the best amenities anywhere in the East Valley. From our beautiful clubhouse, spacious social hall, and ballroom to our large pool and hot tub, there’s always a place to gather and enjoy. Sports enthusiasts can take advantage of lighted pickleball and tennis courts, along with our shuffleboard, horseshoes and bocce courts. You’ll also find a fully equipped woodshop, fitness center, card rooms, classrooms and a dog run in Patriots Park.

We are a Resort that prides itself on the most open and transparent government and management possible. We also are a Resort that is proactive and innovative, and we consistently upgrade facilities and plans for the future.
Carriage Manor Resort is a 55+ HOA built for active adults. Input from residents, focus groups, and the Board of Directors led to the creation of a strategic plan to help guide decisions with care and fiscal responsibility.
The goals reflect what matters most to our community based on surveys and conversations held in 2022 and 2023. These priorities will guide the association from 2024 through 2027.
Over the next several years, the association will focus on three key areas: Community Engagement, Infrastructure and Beautification, and Financial Stability. These goals represent the shared vision of our members and will help shape the future of Carriage Manor Resort.
