Located in the East Valley, Carriage Manor Resort is easily accessible from the 202 Loop. If you seek a less busy location then you will love living here. Traffic is relatively light, and shopping, groceries, gas and restaurants are nearby. Those who like hiking and nature will also find it just a short drive from the resort. Although we are located in a less busy area of Mesa, we are only 25 minutes from Sky Harbor and 15 minutes from Mesa Gateway. Not only are we close to major transportation hubs, but we are also a short drive away from two lakes. Saguaro Lake and Canyon Lake are both within 30 minutes. Additionally, kayaking or floating on the Salt River is twenty minutes away. All things considered, Carriage Manor Resort is in one of the true “sweet spots” in the Valley of the Sun.
